What do I need to bring to my appointment?

You'll need a valid, government-issued photo ID — such as a driver's license, state ID, or passport. The document(s) to be notarized should be unsigned at the time of the appointment, as you must sign in the notary's presence. Do not sign your documents beforehand.

Can you notarize any document?

We can notarize most standard documents including affidavits, powers of attorney, wills, trusts, medical directives, and more. However, notaries cannot notarize documents that are incomplete, that we have a personal interest in, or that require an attorney. If you're unsure, contact us before your appointment.

How long does a notary appointment take?

Most general notary appointments take 15–30 minutes depending on the number of documents. Real estate loan closings typically take 60–90 minutes. We'll give you a time estimate when you book.

Do you serve my area?

We are a mobile notary service and travel to clients throughout the area. Travel fees may apply depending on your location. Contact us with your address and we'll confirm availability and any applicable travel charges.

What is a notary signing agent?

A notary signing agent (NSA) is a notary public who has received specialized training to handle real estate loan document packages. We work with title companies, lenders, and escrow officers to ensure loan documents are signed, notarized, and returned correctly and on time.

What types of loan closings do you handle?

We handle purchase closings, refinances, HELOCs, reverse mortgages, seller packages, and loan modifications. Whether it's a residential or commercial transaction, we're equipped to manage the signing process professionally.

How far in advance should I schedule a loan closing?

We recommend scheduling as early as possible — ideally 24–48 hours in advance. We understand that closings can move quickly, so contact us as soon as you have a signing date and we'll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

Are you background screened and insured?

Accepted Answer

Yes. We have completed background screening and carry errors & omissions (E&O) insurance — both standard requirements for working with title companies and lending institutions. We are also bonded as a commissioned notary public.

What are your hours?

We are available Monday through Saturday by appointment. Sunday emergency appointments are available for urgent situations — please note that an additional fee applies for Sunday signings.

What counts as a Sunday emergency appointment?

A Sunday emergency appointment is for time-sensitive situations that cannot wait until Monday — such as a same-day loan closing, a hospital signing, or an urgent legal document. Contact us to discuss your situation and we'll let you know if we can accommodate you.

What is your cancellation policy?

We understand that plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. For loan closings, please coordinate with your title company or lender as well, since they may have their own requirements.
